We touch on many of the upcoming year’s activities, so both members and guests get a good sense of what the club will offer over the year. The ever-popular Salad Supper at Brickton Art Center is taking
place on June 11th. Since we’re having dinner, we meet
earlier at 6:30 p.m. This is a lovely (and always very appetizing!)
evening where members bring their favorite salads or
desserts to share. We’ll welcome Kelly Passaneau to her first meeting as president, and she and the new board will present
their plans for our upcoming year – so you won’t want to
miss it!
Our Salad Supper General Meeting has always been a wonderful opportunity for prospective members to learn about PRCW. This year we will again send out personal invitations
to area women encouraging them to join us for a lovely evening at Brickton. If you have friends or neighbors who’d like to find out more about our club, please e-mail Maureen Forsythe with their names and addresses (mj.forsythe@comcast.net ), and she’ll add them to the list.

Spring Senior Project
Wednesday (tomorrow) May 2nd, drop by Brickton Art Center, 147 Vine, anytime between 3-5pm with your children to decorate the pots for this year’s project. Then Wednesday, May 9, at 10am we’ll visit Sunrise Assisted Living, 1725 Ballard Road, and deliver the pots.
Last Chance for our Spring Gourmet Dinner
The deadline is this Friday, May 4, to sign up for the Spring Gourmet Dinner on Saturday, May 12. The cost is $40 per couple and covers your appetizers, entree, beverages and desserts. Each couple brings a side dish to the dinner. More info on this great night out is in the newsletter.

Memorial Day Parade
Monday, May 28 – Bring your kids and march with PRCW! Meet in front of the Walgreens in South Park to decorate wagons, bikes and strollers at 9:30am, then the parade starts at 10am. Afterwards bring family, snacks and drinks to Susan and Charlie Melidosian’s, 321 S Courtland, to continue the fun!
